More frequent subscription visits start lower per visit (weekly from $65+); monthly starts at $85/mo; single one-off visits start at $100+. Final rates are quoted for your property (size, location, access) — larger estates may run higher. Complimentary trials are not offered.

Why visit frequency matters

For coastal South Carolina properties, we recommend weekly or at least biweekly visits while the home is vacant. Extended gaps can delay discovery of leaks, HVAC failures that contribute to mold, or pest activity. Many insurance policies expect issues to be identified within roughly two to four weeks of a damaging event—please confirm the requirements of your own coverage. A one-off visit can still help when you need a check after the fact.
