Why visit frequency matters
For coastal South Carolina properties, we recommend weekly or at least biweekly visits while the home is vacant. Extended gaps can delay discovery of leaks, HVAC failures that contribute to mold, or pest activity. Many insurance policies expect issues to be identified within roughly two to four weeks of a damaging event—please confirm the requirements of your own coverage.
Accounts and billing
- A single owner account may cover one or multiple properties at the applicable per-visit rates.
- Service may be paused or cancelled through the portal when you return for the season; charges already incurred are not refunded.
- One-time visits are available at the applicable per-visit rate when scoped in advance.
